Kim Spradin winner of Survivor: One World being congratulated by Chelsea and Sabrina.

Was the end of Survivor One World exciting?  Heck no, but I find very few of the Survivor finales are, don't you?  Kim continued to dominate to the very end winning the final Immunity.  She surprised me a little by taking Sabrina to the end rather than Christina, but I have more respect for her now.

Most of the jury's comments to the final three were pretty bland.  I guess you get kinda humble when you've been played.

Kat revealed that she has a heart problem and will need open heart surgery in the future.  Does that explain why she didn't have the heart to take Tarzan and his wife to the reward?

Everyone fawned over Tarzan's relationship with his wife.  Is it supposed to be rare to be married to the love of your life for over 30 years?

Colton was singled out for his comments throughout the show.  I want to believe that he was putting on an act during the show to get attention...I really want to...

Alicia apologized to everyone for her "special needs" comment.  I did believe that she regretted that comment and it was said in the heat of battle.

Christina tried to make it sound like she didn't mind how she was treated on the show, but really?  I think she probably needs some therapy now!

Troyzan compared himself to Richard Hatch and other Survivor "greats".  Okay, Troyzan, whatever.

Am I the only one that thinks the rule should be if you win the million, you can't win the $100,000?  I think even Jeff Probst was embarrassed and moved on very, very quickly.

Finally, it was revealed (surprise! surprise!) that next season will see the return of three players who were life-flighted out of past Survivor shows.  The show will be filmed in the Philippines.  I guess that explains why Colton was still "playing the part".

Thanks to you all for hanging out here.  Hopefully, we can keep this blog going and improve on it next year.  Bloggergal

Survivor's Jeff Probst

Last night the women ousted the last man from Survivor--Tarzan.  Yes, not a big loss for us all, but I think a BIG missed opportunity for the gals.  So how many times has Kim won a competition on Survivor so far?  She just barely lost last night's comps too, didn't she?  Yet, not one of those women thought "Hmm, maybe we should blindside the strongest player."  Yes, I'm aware that she had a HII, but if they stayed quiet--yes, again I'm aware--those women CAN'T stay quiet.  <sigh>

The choice seemed to be between Chelsea and Tarzan.  I say "seemed" because you just never know if we are hearing and seeing everything that goes on with these shows.  What was interesting was that Sabrina even commented about how Kim uses those blue eyes to mesmerize everyone in her path--including you, Sabrina!  Wake up and smell the coffee...oh...coffee....sorry...I need my second cup!  :)

Chelsea laid it all out on the line when she chose Sabrina and Kim to go with her for reward.  Christina is living in la-la land.  Alicia is too and now that she won something, the whole gang will be gunning for her.  If Sabrina wants to stay in this game, she has to WIN something.  Truly, I think Kim has this thing in the bag.  She's smart, a great con artist and she's amazing at challenges.

Another season of Survivor is coming to a close...bring on Big Brother baby!!!!

Well, all I have to say is that a Blindside can be FUN and EXCITING!  Right, Kat?  Oh, that youngun' was pretty stupid, wouldn't you say?

The reward challenge was the famous "loved one" challenge.  The contestant along with their loved one had to untangle themselves from ropes.  The first one to the end wins.  So who wins?  Kat of all people.  Now, if you remember last week, Kat was VERY upset when her buddy Kim didn't take her when she won the challenge.  So who does Kat take with her to the reward?  Yep, Kim, because you should always reward the one who screwed you the previous week, right?

This works way against her because the four un-chosen band together and decide they are going to vote Kat off.  Teehee.

The Immunity challenge is a hanger-on-er.  It comes down to Kat and Kim--coincidentally.  Of course, Kim will hold on till the cows come home and Kat loses.  Kim is sailing through this competition and no one seems to care a bit.

Giving me just a tiny ray of hope is that Kim did not want to vote Kat out.  She preferred getting rid of Sabrina because she feels she is a bigger threat.  The others don't agree and for once Kim has to follow the others.  The vote was entirely for Kat, except for Kat's vote for Sabrina.

So, do you think that Sabrina is deliberately losing challenges or is she just weak as all heck?  Is Chelsea an idiot continuing to trust Kim?  Did anyone notice that Christina is still there?  If Tarzan makes it to the end, will ALL the men give him their votes, thereby screwing up the idea of the best player winning the game?

See you next week....Bloggergal

I wasn't able to add a comment, kept getting an error ..... I'll add my 99cents worth here!
--------------------------------------------------------------
Can someone please check Kat's birth certificate! She acts like a 11 yesr old.
She is totally stupid and can't seem to make up her mind. Should I lead or shoud
I follow. She keeps saying she is mad at herself for following what everyone
else wants her to do and not striking out on her own. I was ready to strangle
the dizzy beech when she took the people who screwed her the time before, "But I
want to be popular mommy"!
From where I sat the only person surprised was Kat
when she got blindsided. I knew she was gone as soon as she picked Kim to go
with her on the reward.
And now for the weird behavior. What the hell was the
crawl toward her cousin and thenjump up into his waiting arms and wrapped her
legs around him like a guby doll, WTFWT?
Tarzan will make the F3 if Kim stays
in control (he'll never get any jury votes unless the boys have a vedetta on the
girls).
And paranoia now is in control!! Sal

Kim is controlling Survivor One World.

Okay, so here's what I think.  You are on an island isolated somewhere.  There are only a few people you see.  There is no TV, no music, no reading--just interacting with each other.  You are in front of a camera the entire time.  Think about it...it would make anyone lose their mind!  It would make anyone lose their common sense and go with the group, wouldn't it?  I should have asked the Survivor stars at Reality Rally.  I'll try later on today.

That's what I think has happened to all the males and most of the females on Survivor this season.  They lost the ability to think and are just following the crowd.  Kat is number one on the list.  She saw with her own eyes that Kim is going to always choose Chelsea over her, so what does she do?  She votes the way Kim wants her to.

Alicia is another one.  Does she really believe that she's "in" with Kim and Chelsea?  Even if she is, who has the ability to win challenges--her or Kim and Chelsea?  She should have made her move a long time ago.  Not that I care because I've never forgiven her for her totally rude behaviors at the beginning of the game (with Colton).

I think Tarzan is just plain having fun.  He definitely doesn't need to win the money.  At least this time, he attempted to help unseat the women in charge.  Unfortunately, it was too late to make any difference.

My prediction is that the women leave Tarzan in the game awhile longer and begin to go after each other.  Now's the time for Sabrina to make a move.  Kim has to realize that she's her biggest competition among the women, aside from Chelsea.  She needs to pull Kat and Christina away and garner votes.

Isn't it so sad to watch man after man after man walk in on the jury?  Alright, maybe sad isn't the right word...how about kinda funny?  I've always been a women's libber, so I have to give props to the gals!

See you next week, Bloggergal

Troy Robertson...will he be the last man standing?

It's women rule on this season's Survivor.  The guys don't deserve any pity because they made their beds, now they must lie in them!  I don't know what they were thinking when they went along with the women and voted out their own group.

This week's coming attraction shows Troy trying desperately to turn gal against gal.  Actually, last week would have been the perfect time for Alicia and Christina to break away from the other girls and form a new alliance with the remaining guys.  They should both realize that Chelsea and Kim are going to go straight for them once they get rid of the guys.  Next week's show hints at Troy trying to get Kat away from the group.  He better do something quick, but he's in big trouble.

I know I'm being repetitive, but this season has been a complete bomb.  Perhaps it was Colton getting sick and leaving the game, but something is off and the show is just plain boring.  I guess every season can't have perfect contestants.  Oh well...

So who is everyone rooting for anyway?  Me? I always like to root for the underdog, so I've been cheering for Troy the last week or two.  I do still like Sabrina.  She's been playing quietly, consistently and smartly throughout the whole game.  To be totally honest, I don't really care who wins!  Now Amazing Race...that's a competition!  Shall I start a new blog?

If anyone is interested in guest blogging, send me an email.  I'm trying to keep the blogs going, along with two jobs and a move to a new house this month.  I could use the help.  Thanks for sticking by me...Bloggergal

The time come for me to step aside the blog. I just haven't had the time lately
and this past weekend I had to go home to Pennsylvania for my mother-in-laws
funeral. I've decided it's time to be a show watcher and commentor only. I've
enjoyed blogging these past years and hate to go. Please support bloggergirl in
her efforts to keep all her blogs going!
Thanks for all the good
words and support y'all have given me overe the

What evil lurks in the heart of Tarzan?
Have you been paying attention to the voting the past two weeks? Tarzans votes have been the deciding votes on evicting Jay and Leif!! If he had changed his  vote to a girl the last two weeks we would have an extremely different game. What the hell is wrong with that man? The girls will get him next unless he finds a HII and that isn't likely!
Thoughts on why he has done this!

Colton is gone and the tribes have merged. Oh what mess we have.
Whoever thought that Tarzan and Alicia would lead the villain parade? There not
even good villains, there both wacky and just plain dumb. Then we have the weeny
bunch. Jonas and Leif are so wishy washy and can’t even be aggressive. Troy,
Mike and Jay are strong but may need some help from the weenies or villains to
make a move. The girls might have a slight while the teams are even and a better
advantage if they get the numbers in their favor.

Alicia still has it out for Christina. Everyone else seems to
keep changing their minds on who to evict.

The new team name is Tikiano. At camp, Jonas his amazing
cooking, Jay is complaining about the old Manano tribe and Tarzan is working on
an all men alliance. Mike lied and said he was ok with
that.

At the reward challenge the tribe was split into two teams. The
Orange and the Blue teams. The Blue team was made up of Leif, Kim, Kat and Mike
who are the runners. Tarzan and Jonas are the puzzle builders. The runners for
the Orange team are Jay, Sabrina, Alicia and Chelsea, leaving Christina and
Troyzan as the puzzle builders. The Orange team went out strong and got a big
lead only to let the blue team catch up when Sabrina struggled going under the
first obstacle. Both puzzle teams started even and the Orange team got another
lead only to let blue catch up again with only a few pieces left. The orange
team got it together and finished first. The prize for winning was pizza and
beer with a clue to be read after they finished eating. The clue was merely a
note saying that another HII is now in
play.

Tarzans all guy alliance is in disarray when Jonas asks why he
was never told about it and tells Tarzan that Mike might not be in on it. Tarzan
seems more and more kooky every day as he always assumes he has told people
things and they disagree.

Early the next morning Troyzan is up and searching for the idol.
After some seemingly easy looking around he finds it in the crock of a
tree.

Up next is the immunity challenge which is now for individual
immunity. Another simple but tough challenge of standing on a log while holding
a disc to balance a ball. The contest gets more difficult with each round as
another ball gets added. Tarzan of course goes out first. Then one after another
until finally Troyzan ends up as the winner. He now has Individual immunity as
well as the HII.

Kim is working two alliances and wondering which way to vote at
tribal. Troyzan tells Jonas he might be on the block for eviction. Kat and Mikes
name get a small mention as possible
evictees.

As the girls boil water to wash their clothes, Tarzan wants to
add his dirty undies in and they tell him no way. All of sudden Tarzan throws
his undies in the pot. Tarzan is really getting on everyone’s
nerves.

The
arguing continues at tribal with Jonas and Tarzan the main event. Jonas then
opens his mouth and inserts foot by saying he is going to vote for Mike. He also
says Kat should also be considered as an evictee. After almost everyone agrees
that Jonas should be kept because he is a good provider and then they turn
around and vote him out by a 10 – 2 vote.

Until Wednesday, stay safe and survive!

I  got behind while everything else in life got me down! Here is the blog I owe y'all
from two weeks ago! ENJOY!!

Colton and Alicia continue harassing Christina and verbally abusing here. The keep saying she is next to go home. Colton seems like he is bullying her like he may have been in high school. When it’s time for bed Alicia hogs the room in the hut and won’t give Christina room to lay down.

The next day the tree mail indicates that the reward challenge is something you
could play in your back yard. No way, I never played that game or ever had the
room to play it.

The game consisted of bouncing coconuts off a net and breaking five targets. Simple but ohh so hard. Everyone struggled with it and Alicia really sucked at it. She never even got close to bouncing one off the net. The Salani tribe got an early
lead and the game stayed even until the 3 – 3 tie and Salani scored the next to
two targets. While the Salani tribe was off enjoying ice cream floats, bowls of
ice cream with all sorts of toppings (ummmmmmm) the Manano bullys were again picking on Christina about her poor play even though Alicia sucked at the game.

Christina later was talking to Leif and Jonas about voting out
Alicia when she walked up behind Christina and started telling her it was
useless to try anything. Alicia continued her abuse of  Christina.

What I would like to know is why did Colton have his head in Christina’s lap when he started feeling bad and not Alicia’s. I know Christina may have had ulterior motives but Colton never pushed her away and made fun of
her.

Is it me or is it just plain strange that Leif sleeps in the box? Tarzan is a story of
weirdness all his own. Then you have the wimp Jonas. These three may have one brain between them. None of them are assertive unless they are arguing with each other.

Colton continued getting worse and it was still Christina that
found him and went and got medical to come out and take care of Colton. Medical decided after evaluating Colton he needed to be removed from the game. Jeff asked him if he wanted to give the idol to someone but he kept it instead.
(Please see my blog about Colton I posted earlier)

Tree mail to both tribes announced that there was no immunity challenge and they were going to tribal council. Amazing how paranoid everyone got without knowing what was going on. Alicia was now worried instead of being cocky and sure. The Salani’s were wondering who might get voted out. At tribal the Salani’s were surprised when Colton didn’t show up. Jeff proceeded to tell everyone that
Colton was medically removed from the game with what appeared to be
appendicitis. Kat had no idea what that was, she really is naive.  Jeff
let them know they were merging and that means Alicia again gets a reprieve from
eviction.

Let me start out this blog by apologizing to the best Survivor fans I know--YOU!!!  I'm so sorry that we aren't keeping this blog up the way we should.  Personally, since moving to Georgia things have been a bit out of sync and I'm trying to get my act together--really I am!  I can't speak for Sal, but I'm sure he has a good excuse (right Sal?) :)

So lets talk about Survivor.  Things sure were thrown into a loop when Colton left and the tribes were once again merged into one.  You have to admit though, it was a good thing to re-merge because the division of tribes was so one-sided, it would have been disastrous.  Christine sure must have breathed a relieved sigh.

I guess our plastic surgeon Tarzan is our new "bad guy" taking over where Colton left off.  In a way, he's even more annoying than Colton.  He has had a life where people have always listened to him and he's spoiled.  He thinks Survivor is his surgery center.  I just can't understand why they left him sitting pretty last night and took out Jonas. Jonas got shafted, IMO.

I lost my respect for Jay when he commented that the "plan" couldn't be changed.  Why, I ask?  Haven't you ever changed your mind?

On the whole, I thought last night was pretty boring and even a bit disgusting (undies and all).  I am starting to get behind Troyzan.  Good for him...not only finding the HII but also winning individual immunity.  But, truthfully...I'm not sitting with bated breath waiting for next week's show.  I could take it or leave it!  Not a good season for me!

Till next time...stay tuned....Bloggergal
